Rates and Flexibility

Our focus is to bring your love one's the best of care while remaining safe as possible at this time. We offer hourly care, daily or live-in assistance. You are in control of customizing a system with the care team that will meet your individual needs.

Fee Schedule

Rates Effective January 1, 2021

                      

*Subject to change based on Job Description and Location*

Minimum hours provided 4 hours

​

Monday through Sunday

4-5 hours or more- $28.00-$36.00 paid directly to SHHCS 

​

Live-In 24 Hours (care for one individual)

live-in care varies, depending on location and patient illness/Condition  

call directly for assessment and a pricing will be given.

All payments is to be paid directly to SHHCS 

​

Prices will be adjusted for skilled HHA Live-in.  

Schedule changes must be received one week in advance.

All live-in and 24 hour care cases payment must be made one week in advance of care.

Use of Caregivers automobile

If caregiver use their own car for client errands or appointments

there is a fee per/mile to caregiver (surcharge)

*Please be advise that Transporting and Doctor visit are additional charges*

​

minimum unit for calculating fee: 1/2 hour

​

2 hour show up fee if service is not cancelled within 4 hours of start time.

Understanding Live-In Care

When your love one needs an increased level of care, you still have the option to remain at home. You might be the daughter or son who has been helping mom or dad and things have just reached a point where you need a little help. Around-the-clock non-medical care and having in-home help available means that a caregiver is available.

Overnight Care

Overnight care is also an option with a referred caregiver. This service involves a caregiver assisting with a few hours of care before bed and after a good night's rest. If you are assisting a loved one, you know that your health can be affected without a good nights rest. Caregivers request at least 8 hours of sleep, but they are there to assist the patient during the night if your love one is unable to sleep or needs to use the restroom. Having a caregiver in the home as your love one sleeps gives peace of mind and security while you rest, enabling you to wake up fresh to go about your day.

Hourly Care

Hourly care 4 hours or more per visit. Our care team will begin hourly care services with one visit per day a week. Sometimes seniors are resistant to start care but once they have experience the benefits of an aide of Sincere, they are typically open to more hours of service. Our care team will ask you the clients to commit to a regularly weekly schedule, staff a qualified, consistent caregiver of Sincere. It is acceptable to change the hours after your initial start-up, as often the real needs are exposed after the caregiver has started care.
